You shorted me on Rimadyl. Strill waiting for it too. I doubt if I would ever order anyhting else from you!
Poor service. Ordered 122 Rimadyl and still missing 1/3 of the order. Called and spoke with CS staff. I have never heard a word back. You charged me for it and got your money but I have not gotten what I paid for. Really, sad, Really Poor!

Mr. Benson, We sent you 86 of the Rimadyl chewable tablets so that you would have the medication to give to your pet. We know it is important to get the medication that your pet needs. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. On occasion we do run out of some popular products. We did expect our order to be in on Monday, but due to the weather in our surrounding area the remaining order has not shipped. We have been tracking our orders and expect it tomorrow. We are sorry that you have not received your order yet. Shipments to Canada do take 2-3 weeks and can be held in customs. We will send you another email with your current tracking that shows the location of your package. Your order was placed on a Saturday and shipped promptly on Monday. Will never buy from again
I selected to have call the vet what a mistake, gave me hard time on the count of pills, should have ask the vet for 60 not 30, then I had to send them a new prescription by snailmail, they still send me 30. Then it took fro ever to be delivered, from n to NY, shipped the 3 got here the 10. I ordered the 60 as they had a special sale, which maybe did not exist.

We apologize that your experience with VetApprovedRx was not a good one. We did request from your veterinarian 60 of the Rimadyl, however, your veterinarian only approved 30. We would have sent 60 of the Rimadyl if your veterinarian had approved it. We are only allowed to ship the quantity of prescription medication that your veterinarian approves. If your veterinarian refuses to fax the prescription approval and provides a hand written prescription State pharmacy law requires that we have the original hand written prescription from your veterinarian. This is to prevent using one prescription at multiple pharmacies. The only way for us to receive them is by mail or courier. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience we do desire to correct any misunderstanding with you.
