Frustrated that you are out of so many items. Been out of snip tips for months and the carpafen I wanted was out this month.

Placed order on 11/30 received it on 12/9. They said 1-3 days, but took almost 10 to get my dogs pills. I had to buy 5 days worth of pills from my vet, which was basically the same price anyway! I'll probably never use them again.

I just paid $200 for two bottle of prescription medicine that my dog needs to survive and had it shipped to my brother's business so that there would be someone there to receive the shipment. I have to do this because Vetapprovedrx uses the United State Postal Service and if i don't happen to be home when they come to deliver the package, i have to travel to the postal facility to retrieve it. However, this past weekend, the Post Office apparently delivered the package after hours and just left it there on the steps. Anybody could have taken it and my dog would have been out of medication and i would be out of $200.00. I have asked them to use UPS but they still use USPS. Everything else about this company seems to be top notch but this is a deal breaker. I'd rather pay more and wait a little longer and be sure to get my order rather than play the Russian Roulette that is the USPS.

Well it is a good price on the heart guard I bought but I am still waiting on delivery. My package was shipped on 12/1/15 with an estimated time of 3 days. Well here it is the 8th and it has not left the Memphis hub where it has been sitting since the 4th.

Order placed online on Nov. 25, vet contacted Nov. 27, label created not until Dec. 1, picked up Dec. 4..... As of Dec.8, still in TN....dog needs meds😖. I know USPS is out of your control, but it still took almost a week for the package to be picked up...??????? V v

CHARGED SHIPPING when it should have been FREE SHIPPING order!!!!!! They didn't have quantity I ordered, sent half, CHARGED $5 SHIPPING!!!! The TOTAL I ordered was over $50 and was to be FREE SHIPPING!!!!! Their FAULT that they did not have quantity I ordered and they should NOT have CHARGED SHIPPING ON WHAT THEY HAD since I ordered over $50 worth!!!!!!!!!! Even though what they had was under $50 IT SHOULD STILL HAVE BEEN FREE SHIPPING---as a 'courtesy", since I ORDERED OVER $50!!!!!!!!!!! I feel OVER CHARGED $5. for the shipping!!!! Not happing with that extra $5 that should not have been charged!!!!

Vetapprovedrx has good prices on their products and overall a good experience. Took longer to get the package than expected....my vet approval came within 24 hours of my received order, but my order was not scheduled for shipping for five days (to be fair three "business" days). It then took another three days to get the priority mail package (part of the delay was that the box was sent from a "service" sender rather than directly from post office). Overall still a great deal, but I really needed one of the medications (and ran out) so I will know better and plan ahead next time.

From the time they got the prescription from my vet, to when they shipped was too long. It was approximately 8 days to ship.
