It is the first time ordering from company and package was lost...they would not over night my make good package. The tracking stopped for days and I had to wait a few more days for customer service to send out another package. not likely to use them again.

When my arthritic dog needs his meds, he needs them now! VetApprovedRX provides absolutely no indication during the order cycle that they don't have your product in stock. They take your order, send you a confirmation and you hope for the best. Last Thanksgiving holiday, I ordered Rimadyl with a 2 week supply remaining. I was never told they were out of stock. With only a few days supply remaining, I had to reach out for order status and was informed they could not provide the full 180 tablets before I ran out. They did send 1/3 of the order, but my dog went two days without. His grunts and groans were not entertaining! This company needs to be able to show how much stock they have on hand (which is not already sold) to remain competitive with other sellers, who provide more transparent information. They do have a nice little coupon that you can use for $5.00 off of your next order, if it works. I had to contact their web support for a credit during my last order, which they provided with an apology. I've been ordering with them for about 2 years, so that's about 8 or 9 orders. Of those, the last three were a lot of effort . I see a declining trend in service at VetApprovedRX.com, which is why I didn't blow off this survey.

My last order (#75616) I placed with VetApprovedRX was very disappointing. I ordered 5 bottles of thyroid medication. In the past the bottles were sent to me unopened. This order of 5 bottles (900 tablets) was put into a very large prescription bottle with a snap-on cap. All 5 bottles were open and I have no idea what the expiration dates were on the bottles my medication came in. These small purple pills have a tendency to chip/crumble if handled a lot so I have a very large amount of purple dust absorbed in the piece of cotton they placed at he top of all those pills. If my medication wasn't removed from each bottle I would have had a moisture control packet in with each bottle of 180 tablets instead of one piece of cotton for 900 pills. In my opinion this was very unprofessional,unsanitary and not the correct way to store this type of medication. I was very unhappy with my order this time. Ms. Oneill, Thank you for your feedback. We will place a note on your account that you only want manufacturer bottles and we will not dispense in medicine bottles. It is standard pharmacy practice to dispense medication in approved prescription bottles. Also, the labels do state when the product should be discarded. Thank you for your feedback. We always send emails if there is a delay. In your case we received the prescription in the mail on the 9th and the order was shipped. Unfortunately it has been with the USPS for 8 days and shows that it is in Jacksonville. We will send you tracking information showing the date shipped. We do apologize and agree that it has taken to long for you to receive your order. We can not control the package once it leaves our facility typically to your location it would take 3 days or less.

Do not understand why you would require a prescription for a non-prescription item, seems to cause more work for my vets office and my vet for no benefit, at least as far as I can tell. Tried to buy item from your site, 10% discount code popped up, clinked on link to buy item and the box with the code disappeared. Was unable to find the code again. Bought item for what would have been your discount price on Amazon, no prescription required.
