Each time ( 3 ) that I've ordered it has worked perfectly. Delivered when scheduled, less expensive than my vet and very simple to use. Totally satisfied.

Place order on Monday, prescription had expired 4 days earlier. Vet was called Monday, prescription was renewed Monday, Vetsulin was not shipped on Wednesday, meaning it wouldn't be shipped until the following Monday, possibly leaving pet without appropriate insulin, for the second time in less than six months.Vetapprovedrx didn't order the insulin fro, their supplier due to the expired prescription, even though I have been a regular customer for a long time, and have ordered the product 16 times since the beginning of 2014. As a result, they didn't have the product to ship in time to have it delivered this week. (Requires a chill pack and their service doesn't deliver on Saturday). On Thursday, they still didn't have the product to be able to overnight it. I have ordered pet specific insulin (Vetsulin) at least monthly, sometimes twice a month for well over a year (at least 16 orders), and had a lengthy discussion when the product was not shipped in a timely manner this past winter, forcing me to switch my difficult to regulate pet to human insulin which is not as effective and difficult to determine the dosage, causing him to have elevated and dangerously low glucose levels. Can't rely on them anymore for timely service. Would expect them to anticipate that the prescription would be forwarded, and go ahead and order the product so it would be available for timely shipment, considering the number of prior orders placed, the length of the business relationship, and the past experience/discussion when they didn't ship in a timely manner. Can't risk my pet's health.

I brought trifexis for my dog 3 months ago! I replace order again in last week! But the price was went up $10.00 for each box! I did not even know until I got the invoice with shipment! It is not good at all!

I'm a Canadian customer who ordered products on VetApprovedRx. I've been charged 10.99 for shipping and handling, over what should be a deal. I've waited 3 weeks for delivery, and when the package arrived, finally, I've been charged another $22 for customs!!! The total is astronomical! I'll never, ever, order from that company again.

I ordered a bottle of Ivomec to treat one of my dogs whose dam passed on a poor immune system for mange. I started him on a Thursday and he only had a mild breakout on his legs. My order came on Friday but was not what I ordered. Since they are not open over the weekend, I had to wait till Monday. They also do not do overnight shipping so it was 2 days before the correct item came. In the meantime, I ran out on Friday and actually did not get my order until Thursday due to the fact that someone had placed an erroneously delivered bill in my box and I thought the mail had come that day and did not check it again. So it sat overnight in my mailbox. Now my poor dog has a further outbreak on his neck. I am not happy and will not order from this company again.

order shipped within 24 hours and was delivered by USPS within 3 days. Payment was authorized on Paypal and they only billed for one of three packages. I never trusted Paypal before, and now I probably never will.

I ordered insulin for my pet and it was received late and not refrigerated. A second batch was sent and I have not yet received it. Two weeks have gone by.
