Very glad I found them. Same med at my vet was $75 and I got it here for $20. The only thing I wish they would have done was notified me that it was on hold due to not having it in stock when I ordered it. If I had not planned ahead as long as I did, I would have ran out of medication. That is the only reason I left off one star. When I ordered a med that was in stock, I came very fast even with contacting the vet. I will continue to use them. Thanks!

i had a bit of the issue with my vet would not approve the RX over the fax (she does not trust internet providers) but she was OK to give me the RX on hand instead. VetApprovedRX needed the original RX since they only accept faxes directly from the vet offices so i had to hassle to mail it in BUT 4 days after mailing RX in i got notification that my order was on my way. Overall turnaround was 2 weeks. My only issue - no one called me asking to mail the original. VetApprovedRX probably should have contacted me telling me there is a problem. I was waiting on RX to be confirmed by vet. I did not know there was a problem. Good thing i had to come to the vet for an appt on unrelated issue to learn she did not approve it by fax

I have been dealing with Vet Approved Rx going on almost 5yrs now, and unfortunately this past experience was not up to their usual standards. After placing an order, nearly a week went by before I decided to look at the status of my order and saw that it was "pending approval". Normally Cheryl contacts me to let me know if my vet's office has not responded to their request to approve a prescription. However this time it seems someone else handled my order and could not be bothered to contact me about the delay. It was Cheryl who got my order processed after I sent a complaining email. I am so grateful that Cheryl is still there, she at least cares about doing a good job.

I have had great interactions with the employees and very much happy with the company on whole. Only issue we have had is that our temp sensitive medicines cant be packed sufficiently during warm months. Small ice packs are used, larger ones are needed during those months. Thank you..

I have been ordering my pet medications for quite a few years from Vet Approved RX and overall have been very satisfied. There was one time when they misplaced my order and I had to call, but they handled it promptly to get it to me. Less expensive than buying at my Vet's office.
