Delivery was fast, but is not the product i expected...

We Love using Vetapprovedrx When we order what we need for our dog we pay a shipping cost... then I get a cal from FedEx saying I have to pay $80.00 more, WHY??

I ordered Heartguard for my 3 month old puppy, 26 to 50 lbs. It was stated on my invoice as such, but I was sent Heartguard for a 51 to 100 lb. dog. This is an oversight that could have cost my puppy his life. Thank God, I noticed it on the box before I opened it. This type of oversight is unacceptable. Now I have to make a trip to the post office to return this one that was sent to me. VetApprovedRX should have just said keep this one for later use. My puppy is a German Shepherd and will very soon be at 50lbs. I am waiting for the correct dosage to come. Customer service was very nice and apologetic, but that doesn't mean much at this point.

Have Rx on file for Pimobendan 10 mg with 150 left on script. I'm aggravated that recent refill was delayed obviously because VetApprovedRx called my local vet to procure new Rx. Original script was a paper copy from NC State University Vet School thus written by a doctor on staff there NOT local vet.

Only place that carries my dogs medicine that she needs daily. They continuously keep increasing the cost of the medicine... What a joke...

This particular order took weeks to arrive for no reason as it was two small items. I received two separate shipping confirmations. One within a day after order. The second, over a week later. Not typical of the company.

This is the second time we've purchased this same product in hopes of stopping our 10 month old pitbull puppy from eating her poop....Yuck, however she is still looking doing it. The product is cease and it does not deliver. However we were pleased with how quickly our order arrived. For future needs we will shop vetapprovedrx.

Web site did not allow me to reorder my dogs pain med, called in and customer service was very helpful going around the website that did not work.
