I ordered meds for my dog and xhisewro have them UPS express delivery. I ordered on Wednesday 4/15 expecting delivery Saturday. I received an email stating they were first being mailed on Monday 4/20. I was not notified of any expected delays. I was disappointed. This is my second order that had delivery issues.

I had to mail my order because of the prescriptions. The day after I mailed the order, I received in the mail a 10% discount mailing. My order totaled $190 so I wanted to use the discount on this order. I called after hours and advised that my order was forthcoming and to use the 10% discount. The next day, I spoke to Cheryl personally and told her the order was forthcoming and to apply the 10% discount. When I received my order confirmation via email, the discount was not applied. After two attempts to remind them of the discount, it fell on deaf ears. Cheryl corrected the order when I called the 3rd time but frankly, I was disappointed that I had to make the 3rd call. I will check other providers in the future. This should not have happened and leads me to think that things fall through the cracks routinely at Vetapprovedrx. Bill Milliner

Pleasant enough people but sloppy and mistake prone. Orders delayed for no good reason. Communication breakdowns require unneeded calls to customer service. will try to find another vendor.

A trip came up, so I paid for priority delivery (2-3 days). I get an e-mail 3 days later confirming the order (wtf?). I call to figure out what is going on, no one knows what happened, but they offered to refund the priority charge or, as the operator put it, she could run to the warehouse to stop the order. They can run to stop an order immediately but it takes them 3 days to get a priority package ready....unbelievable. To top it off, no one cared that I was heading out without my dogs meds.

I ordered a calming collar for my large breed dog which was advertised as a 28 inch Nurture Calm Phermone Collar. The order summary that I received with the collar was also shown as a 28 inch collar. However, what I actually received was a 23 inch collar, which contains far less active ingredience. I have purchased these larger collars in the past so I know they are available. I have requested a return for this product. Thx

I ordered Rimadyl for my older dog. The price is 20 dollars cheaper than at the vet. Now I am very concerned because I took the medicine I was sent to my vet and they couldn't tell me if it was made in the US or made in china... How do I Know if you are giving me the real medicine or just cheap copies made in china or oversease somewhere with out strict control of quality. I just wasted my money because I will not give these Rimadyl 75 mg chewable pills to my dog now. How can I be sure you are not giving me cheap foreign made subsititutes not the real thing. What proof can i have.

Ms. Ayre, I understand your concern about the drugs you have purchased. We are a licensed pharmacy and employ a licensed pharmacist and I am a licensed veterinarian. I have never seen nor know of a way to purchase Rimadyl that is sourced from anywhere other than Pfizer Animal Health. I personally do all the ordering for our company. We purchase our product directly from the manufacturer or from a distributor. All of the products come in the packaging from the manufacturer. All the products we sell are FDA or EPA approved. We partner with over 70 veterinary clinics throughout the United States and are there online pharmacy. So over 70 veterinarians trust us to dispense medication for their clients. The Rimadyl you purchase was manufactured by Pfizer and is the same medication you purchase at your veterinary clinic. Barry Miller DVM

Ordered the dogs medication on 6/10/2014 paid on line $74.81. Order number 89177 On delivery as of this morning (6/21/2014). We are out of the Dasuquin now and have to go to the vet and purchase additional till it arrives from you. Not happy about spending additional money that should have not happened... An email to alert a late shipment would have been appropriate.

I am sorry that you have not received your package yet. After researching your order we show we shipped this order the next day. We did track your order with USPs and it shows that there was an attempt to deliver this package but the address was undeliverable. We shipped another package to you priority mail so you should be receiving it in 2-3 days. If you have any questions please contact us. Thank You Customer Service

9 days after I received an email saying that my order had been shipped, I still had not received it. I called to find out where it was. Cheryl was very nice about it and said they would we ship it that day. I'm still waiting for the package 13 days after placing the order. Not holding my breath as to if and when it will arrive.
