Prescriptions for my dog arrive quickly so I could continue her treatment.

The shipping was very fast and free of cost! The same product has been costing me $50 more at 1800PedMeds and there is literally NO difference. I have found my new pet website and plan to order from Vetapprovedrx many times in the future.

I worried that my order would be delayed because I was ordering meds for what the vet callled "stray cat" and the shelter didn't tell him that I adopted her. Her medication was not only required, but costly. But Vetapprovedrx surprised me. I placed the order expecting delays, instead in two days the meds were in my mailbox! I also expected extra charges because the price they quoted was astoundingly inexpensive--the shelter had paid TWICE the price. But the cost was exactly what they charged, I am impressed!

This is how I felt about the handling of my order. I live in Alaska....so I figured I probably wouldn't see my order before a week (or more) had passed. Imagine my surprise when I got my order in JUST 4 DAYS! I am totally pleased and will certainly order again from Vetapprovedrx and will recommend them to my friends.

I get the impression (from several calls I've made to Customer Service) that this is a family owned business. That may not be true, but they seem to care about taking care of their customers. I've had several dealings with them and have to say they are willing to do what it takes to gain your repeat business. I'm very satisfied with them.

It was easy to place my prescription order. They contacted my vet in a timely manner and shipped the order immediately. The price was great.

They must process orders within the hour they're received! My order came almost immediately. This is the second order I've placed with them, and won't be the last.
