Nice selection, good service,
I liked the selection of items that were available. I wasn't that happy when I requested three day delivery and paid for it and it took five days to get to me. They don't state that even when it is being mailed priority mail with the post office that three days means 3 business days not three days. Otherwise the products arrived in great condition, the customer service was great when I asked questions about the mailing and overall I will use them again

So Happy I did a dance , have a great site to order products for my dogs.
Had to tell you about this site I found for Tri-Heart Plus for my six little dogs. I was getting another product from vet which I could no longer afford , because of the price. I was so excited that they also had Pay Pall Bill me later and that way I could pay it off in smaller monthly payments. They also have other products for your pets at great prices. Super service. Now I have all my little ones protected. Thank you and I will order through you again.

My experience.....some of the very best customer service I have seen in a long time....
If your company could get the JD Powers Award for customer service , you deserve it. I shop on line a lot. I personally work in an industry where your worth is measured by the quality of service you provide. You folks went above and beyond. I had tried many many companies to find a particular drug that my horse depends on. Most companies were out of it, or could not be bothered with my questions and concerns. I dealt with three different ladies in your company...every one of them went the extra mile, calling my vet, calling me and checking in with your Pharmacy. You delivered that small town service that is missing in todays's culture...especially through online shopping. Three Cheers and more for your company . You have a lot to be proud of. Excellent prices and speedy delivery
Vetaprovedrx had the product I needed at the best price I found online. A representative answered my questions, and the shipment was immediate. I received my package sooner than I'd expected!
