I have had no major problems with the company. My only complaint would be that the vet must fax the script to the company when in some instances I have had the script and must go back to the vet to have them fax it.

The price was right and the service was quick and professional. I will order again from this company.

Prices sure beet the vet cost for medications. wish they also sold case amount of dog nisquets like dr foster & smith. I paid extra for the express shipping but it arrived out of the expected range.

I have shopped at all the other sites and Vet Approved definitely has the best prices. I do wish they would offer more coupons than the standard $5 off $89, some of us do not order that much every time and it would be nice if I could use a coupon if my order is less. Also I get frustrated that we cannot scan and email our prescriptions in and then follow thru with mailing them. By the time I get a written prescription from my vet then mail it and then the prescription get mailed to me it take too long, sometimes I have to order at the last minute and my dog needs to wait for his medicine because I cannot email the prescription in.

THE 1ST ORDER I MADE, IT TOOK A WEEK FOR YOU TO SHIP IT AND I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THAT . IT ARRIVED HERE IN 4 DAYS (WITH THANKSGIVING INCLUDED). THE REASON I ORDERED AGAIN WAS BECAUSE I DIDN'T FIND ANYONE ELSE WHO HAD THAT PRODUCT BUT THIS TIME IT ONLY TOOK YOU 2 DAYS TO SHIP SO THAT HELPED MAKE UP FOR THE 1ST SHIPPING.

I recently ordered 2 items from VetApprovedRx. I paid for 'expedited shipping' because I was nearly out of both requested products. Unfortunately, neither item arrived as of 10 calendar days later. Accordingly, I telephoned VetApprovedRx only to learn that one of my items was on 'backorder'! I had NOT received any sort of e-mail communication from VetApprovedRx advising me of the backorder situation. Further, VetApprovedRx did not ship my order in two parts! Bottom line: There was no communication whatsoever . . . simply an unacceptable scenario! I most highly recommend that VetApprovedRx immediately remediate their processes to include customer notification of backorder situations. Communication is key!
