Vetapprovedrx provided superb service and offered prices that none of the other pet companies could offer. I received my products much quicker than I thought I would. I will definitely use them for future purchases.

First off I was impressed at the amount of items listed in the website. User friendly was second. When I called to ask a question regarding the product I purchased the staff member I spoke with was very well versed on the product and I felt at ease talking to her.

This is my 2nd purchase from Vetapprovedrx, and I've been very pleased with both purchases. Customer service was professional and very helpful, prices are great and the order was shipped and received promptly and in good condition. I'll definitely use them in the future.

I order from this company every time the product is available. Usually they have the best price and definitely great service. One time I ordered the wrong item and the company was so easy to deal with.

We have an 11-year old golden/collie mix (Gabe) who requires once a day subQ fluid treatments at home for kidney failure. Our vet ran out of the fluid bags and they were on back order for 6 weeks so I got online to try to find some. Several places were also on back order. I called Heartland and talked to a very nice young lady who said they did have some, but not many, but if I could get my vet to Fax back a signed prescription that day that she could ship 20 bags of fluids to me. I called my vet and within a matter of minutes they had the Rx signed and on its way back to Heartland. As promised, I received my 20 bags in time so Gabe was not without his fluid treatments for 1 day. The fluid treatments are giving him quality of life and buying him time; without them we would be losing him much quicker. I am very appreciative of the help I received from Heartland and the time we are getting with our guy.

I have 4 dogs and as we know, expensis add up. I did research on ALL the products we get for them and they are by far the cheapest and the items come to quickly in the mail. If I ever have questions I email and get a reply almost immediately! I love this site and will continue to use it!
