The CS representative I spoke with was excellent. My vet did not respond to their phone call and the VetAprovedRx rep repeatedly called the vet to obtain the initial prescription and followed up by calling me to let me know what was going on, plus suggested I switch to expedited shipping to get meds in time. I'm giving my dog 3 medications and I saved $19 over what the vet charges.
