I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping but it still took 5 days. So why offer it if you can't deliver?!!.

In spite of a small hicckup in the beginning of the transaction involving my pup and her 1st prescription with VetApprovedRx for Meloxicam, I would say the meds came in a professional and as-expected manner. There was an initial problem with the prescription getting hung up in the faxing process, but it was mostly from my Vet's end. I am very happy with the prices and my experience with VetApprovedRx.

I would like the shipping to be faster but otherwise satisified.

This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Vet Approved Rx. The last was almost 2 years ago, and that is because for the same product (then & now) competitors have beat them on price. This time, only because 1 free dose was included for every 6 doses purchased, they got my business. Shipping was free because my order was way over their minimum. The product did arrived promptly.

I placed an order which should have shipped in 2-3 days but didn't. Upon checking was told order fell through the cracks. This was not a good excuse. I rely on items to come when they are suppose to otherwise I can go to the pet store. This is the first time for the delay, other wise I am thourghly satisfied with the service

Significant savings on the items I've needed to purchase and Cheryl at the info@ email address is always very responsive and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because its very old school to have to snail mail in an RX from your Vet (if your Vet won't email or fax it themselves, which mine won't). It would be SO much faster and easier to be able to scan and email or fax the script from the Vet to them. This could however be a state or federal law and they may have no control over that part !

I would recommend them for people who love their pets and want to have good prices.

My wife says the product is helping our dog in preventing shedding hair. I have bought 3 gallons of this product!
