I placed an order for a high cost prescription medication for my dog and selected the option for my vet to submit the Rx to VetApprovedRx directly. I need the medication rather quickly as we were running out and my vet apparently delayed sending in the prescription request because my particular vet was out of the office. VetApprovedRx called me to let me know they have not received anything and spoke to me about the process and let me know there was priority shipping that would ensure my meds got to me ASAP after the vet submitted the prescription. And sure enough, the meds got to me before I ran out. I really appreciated their call back and working with me.

Had the cheapest price for the med I was looking for. Ordered it, mailed in the RX and received it 12 days later. Granted I was not in a hurry so I mailed the script in. I could have received it sooner if I let them go thru the vet. Will use them in the future

VetApprovedRx is less money than other suppliers, better service (they call the Vet for you on prescriptions) versus the others expecting you to do it, their service is superior with much faster delivery times after ordering. I'm hooked and will stay with VetApproved Rx. It was nice to open the box of melds and see them carefully packed with all packages undamaged. You could tell someone took pride in their job.

Even though the calming medicine did not help my dog, I will keep trying with Vetapproverx until i get it right. Veta will be hearing from me, because I have two other dogs.
