It was an easy transaction; however, the fulfillment time was a bit lengthy. Expected a 3 - 5 day delivery...instead it was almost 10 ;-(

Good service and prices.

This is my 3rd order from Vetapprovedrx and usually have a very good experience with the best prices, but this last time it took 3 weeks to receive my items, which put my dogs 2 weeks overdue for their meds. I usually receive the items within a week. The customer service rep was apologetic and courteous. Overall a good experience, it was just frustrating not getting the meds in time.

After searching for my cats items, I found Vetapprovedrx and decided to purchase from them because they cost a bit less than other sites. Other than being just a tad bit slow on getting the items out, there were no issues with this company. I would use again.

I want to retract my last review of VetApprovedRx and say that after speaking with Cheryl, a representative of the company, I have been treated fairly, and I am satisfied with the handling of my problem. Respectfully, Ralph

After corresponding with customer service I learned that a pretty bad snow and ice storm hit the area where my dogs meds were shipped from and caused the delay. I received the meds on March 9th and they were as ordered in a factory sealed container. I will continue to use Vetapprovedrx in the future and hope for better weather!
