I have been dealing with Vetapprovedrx for some tine now and every time I call them to order I speak with Cheryl. She looks up what I bought the last time so I get the right joint meds that I need. I told her I had to put one of my dogs down and she/and her team sent me a sympathy card (that is great customer service). I will continue to use Vetapprovdrx.

I ordered heartworm pills for my 2 dogs, and asked vet approved rx to fax my vet for the prescription. My vet let them know they would not approve it unless I had a yearly heartworm test and Sandy in customer service e-mailed me and let me know they could put the order on hold and as soon as I get the tests to let her know. I e-mailed her the day I had the tests completed on a Friday and by Monday my ordered was shipped. Great customer service, fast shipping, and product was exactly what I ordered. I would definitely buy from again!!
