I needed a product and it typically has an expiration date. I contacted the vendor who provided the date for the product I wanted to order. When I received the product it had a much shorter expiration. I contacted the vendor and they were able to send me the product with the longer expiration, however, I had to pay to ship it back.

I have ordered from vetapprovedrx for about a year. Having seven cats, I make frequent orders for flea prevention, heartworm prevention, and Feliway plugins. I have always been extremely satisfied without any complaints. This month they started carrying prescription food. Now I could order everything I needed at one place, including my once a month purchase of a large bag of prescription food. I was very excited when they offered a Summer Sale of 10% off the entire order. To make it even better, the flea prevention that I purchase and divide up was offered "buy 6 tubes, get 1 Free". Upon making my large order, I was disappointed to be told that they would not honor the 10% off the entire order AND give the free tube of flea prevention when I purchased 6. It was explained to me that I could only get one special deal per order. I really felt like this wasn't actually giving what was advertised. So, if you ever use the $5.00 off PROMO discount (found on your receipt) for your next order, you would not be allowed to get any special sales they are offering or free items that normally would come with your purchase. I don't feel that it is fair.
