VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

I recently was planning on moving from Delaware to Philly. Rebecca and her team at VeryApt helped make my life so much easier. I simply explained to her what I was looking for and what was important to me. She basically did the rest. I only had to go on tours and decide which one I liked best. If you want to take make your life easier during your apartment search just use VeryApt.

Looking for a new apartment has always been exciting (the possibilities!) and also nerve wracking (which building to choose?) as well as frustrating (poorly qualified agents that treat you as a number and give you 1/4 of their attention). With my move to Philadelphia, I was skeptical. We'd had a particularly poor interaction with another agency and I was worried about our search. Then Rebecca from VeryApt comes to our rescue! She was so incredibly organized and thoughtful. She listened to what it was we wanted and flexed along with us when we changed our minds. She was professional, friendly and beyond capable. And when I wasn't actively engaged with her, I enjoyed reviewing the VeryApt site to help me understand the offerings. They take all this information and pull it together for you. As you know, looking for a new place to live is stressful but these folks make it fun. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!

Very Apt is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in what they do. I was contacted shortly after inquiring about an apartment, and Very Apt went above and beyond to talk with me about my personal needs to truly fine tune my apartment search. They facilitated the scheduling of viewings and were on site to answer any questions every step of the way. I will most definitely be using Very Apt when I find myself on the apartment search again!

Nothing else to say, great experience. Excellent on service and kept informed at every step of the way.

VeryApt was amazing in helping me find a new apartment! I was feeling overwhelmed with the process of searching for a new home and didn't even know where to begin. VeryApt simplified the process and customized the search to fit my needs. They were there to help every step of the way! I highly recommend using VeryApt to anyone looking for a new home.

Using VeryApt made apartment hunting a breeze. Rebecca made the communication between myself and the leasing companies easy. The process was painless and they were always there to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend using VeryApt when looking for your new place!

It was an absolute pleasure working with the team at VeryApt. From the beginning of our search until the moment we signed our lease, we were constantly in communication with a VeryApt representative. Being recent college graduates with a limited budget, the people at VeryApt understood our needs and requirements for a new apartment. Their intuitive and simple online platform made searching for an apartment easy. Once we located places of interest, a VeryApt representative showed us each location. Rather than a pushy sales rep trying to force us to close on a location, I felt like we had someone working us. Apartment searching can be a painful process. VeryApt streamlines the process making it easy and pain free.
