Among the list of things you have to consider: location, will you have a pet, fitness center, security at the door, parking, room type, washer/dryer, etc. Once you find the perfect place, then you must see most importantly if it matches your budget. Then, you must contact the complex and see if there is any availability for your preferred move in date. If there is, you are faced with sorting through various 5-star and 1-star reviews of your potential new home. You are faced with finding everything you need, for an affordable price, while the units are available, that has good reviews. VeryApt removes this whole process. All you have to do is filter by what is important, set your price range, and you will be given a list of options that fit your criteria. Because it lists what is currently available, all you have to do is click on an apartment complex you think you like and you are presented with reviews. 5 stars - will be the first place I go to in the future when apartment shopping.

Everyone we worked with, both in person and remotely, was wonderful and they had lots of knowledge of the area that would be hard to come by looking online. They went above and beyond doing a video tour of a place we loved that would probably rent before we would get back in town to see it in person.
