VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

I had an amazing experience with VeryApt. Rebecca immediately responded to my inquiry for listings with a very in-depth assortment of apartments that met all of the qualifications I was looking for. I'm very busy with work and only have certain allotted parts of the day I could devote to the hunt. Rebecca did all the research for me so I could focus on the selection process. No matter how many times I changed my mind about what I needed, Rebecca always made time to branch back and modify all available choices to meet my needs. This apartment hunt was a huge success thanks to her.

VeryApt was excellent to work with and very professional! They were available on short notice to show us great apartments in the city. The one we ultimately picked we never would have known about if it wasn't for VeryApt especially the short term special the apartment complex was offering which made it affordable. Once they help you locate a great apartment it doesn't stop there they also send you information to help make your move a little easier. Thanks again VeryApt.

My roomie and I had some picky preferences, and i felt like someone was out hunting for our ideal apartment the entire time. Would 10/10 recommend VeryApt. Seamless.

I used VeryApt to move to Philadelphia from New Jersey and was very pleased with the company and representative that I interacted with. The representative that assisted me throughout was helpful, intelligent, timely, and extremely friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering a move.

Working with Rebecca at VeryApt was great — she recommended places based on what we were looking for, coordinated showings with relevant realtors, and got facilities-related questions answered for us. All we had to do was review her suggestions, and show up for walk-throughs of potential units.

Finding a new place to live, when relocating from another state can be tough, especially when given limited time to look and make a decision. I met Rebecca after doing research on my own and yet also working with another placement firm. I ended up sticking with Rebecca after we met face to face and after her great follow up with me weeks after I had first contacted VeryApt. She was able to quickly assess my interest and what type of living environment I was looking for. On extremely short notice she was able to set up appointments for me and placed me with a beautiful apartment based on my feedback to her. She was always available and quick to respond. Going through VeryApt was unexpected and ultimately and extremely good fit for my search. Thank You Rebecca for your work and assistance!

A good friend recommended that we try veryapt when looking for an apartment in Philadelphia. I'm so glad that I did. After talking to Rebecca and explaining that we needed something dog friendly, walking distance to work and our budget, she quickly came back with several apartments to look at. She even set up all the apointments and listed the various apartment number and sq ft of those we would be looking at. Scott was with us the day of the apartment search and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took notes and asked questions that we didn't think of. He also suggested looking at one more spot that day, just so we had a reference point. Highly recommend veryapt! From start to finish, they were so easy and helpful and made the apartment renting process so much easier!

What an amazing service. Give your top 3-4 criteria for finding an apartment, these young professionals have invented software to narrow down the otherwise exhaustive search to a handful of choices. Andris is particularly easy to work with and exceedingly accommodating. Thank you VeryApt for helping find this apartment in Center City.
