I was contacted by Vertex by phone after listing haul job for 2 utility trailers on Job Board where all communication and bids were to go through the broker. Vertex contacted me directly bypassing the fair and monitored bid system. I was verbally quoted a low price and and agreed with a signed contract that clearly stated the price , location and date for pickup. Vertex never found a driver and the date for pickup past making me subject to storage fees. I was forced to hire a local company to pickup the trailers and move them to a storage facility where I eventually picked them up myself. I had to file a claim with Visa to get my $200 deposit back, Vertex claimed they would refund me if I closed the claim with Visa, knowing how they operate with promises not kept I refused and Visa refunded my money after an investigation. I will not recommend Vertex Carship to anyone. I was displeased and it cost me time and money to get the job done they had contracted to do but did not.

They are very dishonest! They give you an estimate for the shipping with dates to pick up and delivery and at the last minute they triplicate the price and change the dates. Very expensive and bad service

I was first met with a bait and switch price, but later given a price slightly higher than the originally quoted price. The driver showed up 2 days after the specified pickup date and never gave an updated ETA for delivery. I caught a plane to my new location 1700 miles away not knowing when I would see my car next. I finally got the driver to respond 3 days later but still had no idea when the car would arrive. The following day/night at around 9:30pm i get a call that he is on the way to me. I finally got the car at around midnight and had to be at work at 2am....thanks a bunch! I'll just rent a U-haul and drive it myself if there is a next time. I have been left feeling like I over paid for the service I received.

Danial Jones is great at work My motorcycle was at a mechanic’s, He did all on his own to bring the motorcycle to me. Managed to set an appointment, sent the driver to pickup and delivered the very next day!!!

Horrible! Started off okay but switch and baited cost after forced to pay deposit. Then tripled price and driver canceled route after I was forced to wait 3 days to pay to expedite due to lack of drivers.

Ok, first off let me say this we had a rough start because my car was suppose to be moved by 5/26/25 but due to unforeseen circumstances had to get moved later. Now allow me to introduce you to your superheroes Chloe&Larry. Soo..the car was suppose to be junked on 6/2/25 and me with a budget of 250.00 making things harder for them seemed like the impossible feat. No drivers wanted to pick it up for that amount. Me paying other fees elsewhere really constricted me so at 11:59pm on 6/2/25 my reality was shattered because my dad last item he left me upon his passing was getting crushed along with my heart so the next morning i get a txt from my superheros saying they got a driver and has been dispatched will be there in 3 hours i said great but knowing the car was junked in the morning chloe said let me call my mom i said okey knowing my car was gone then i get this amazing txt saying they magically got the car and is enroute to you so at 950pm that night i got to see my dad car again thanks to these amazing people I want to Sincerely thank Chloe&Larry from the bottom of my heart for helping me to keep what little memories i have let of my late father ORDER ID#20930110

This is the most reliable and the best (in all meanings) brokerage I've ever worked with, I don't know much about them, but there's a guy there named KEVIN, he's the coolest!! Always supports, always understands, give the best prices someone could ever suggest, and what is the most important for us? YES! Brokers to be honest, cool and chill!! 1000000% recommended!

Our cars were delivered in the same condition as when we shipped them. There were scheduling problems in the beginning and the original estimated price was doubled. But it is a reliable company.
