Arrived
The car made it to the location. Not damaged. The price changed too many times for a 5 star review. Overall they did what was needed and did pick up the phone when called. Overall I am good with the process.

Great communication
I had an excellent experience working with Rebecca Ken on my vehicle shipment. she was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, coordinated everything smoothly, and made sure my vehicle was delivered safely and on time. Her service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her honesty, dedication, and attention to detail. She made the entire shipping process simple and stress-free. I would definitely work with Rebecca again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable vehicle shipping services. Thank you for the great

Definitely check them out…
While I did not end up using their service, Vertex was very responsive, informative, and very affordable. I did not need to ship after all, but if I ever need a car transported again, I’ll definitely be using Vertex!
