Good broker; Bad delivery by Transport company
My over all experience was good. Chris William was very helpful in communicating with me and updating me. My beef is with the AAC Transport who was given my contract and won't give me the cars until I pay the additional $200 for driver's time while I sorted the payment problem with my bank. And AAC Transport took another $200 from my over payment to them. All in all, I paid $400 extra for 4 cars! Vertex should chose their partners more carefully! 100% solid service by Vertex and Chris!

I had a great experience working with Chris William at Vertex. He managed the shipment of my car from Savannah to Connecticut and handled everything professionally from start to finish. He stayed calm through every issue that came up, kept me updated throughout the process, and always checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks to his dedication, my car was delivered safely and on time. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with him.
