Best product ever! Great quality!

We are a repeat customer. We ordered a set a couple of months ago and decided to add an additional partition. The quality is very nice!

The panels are very simple but nice and professional looking. The company has been great to work with taking care of all of our needs.

I had my eye on sound proofing for my new music studio, I had issues with my Address not being recognized due to it being a new build, I had already ordered products and the lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful Product ships fast

Some panels arrived damaged and with no direction to install. A quick email exchange with customer service took care of any issues with my order. Overall good experience minus the small head ache from the shipping damage.

Versare in addition to having a great web site has stellar customer service. They are very helpful and gracious when helping! I am a repeat customer and glad to have a resource like Versare Soltuions, LLC in my vendor pool.

My online shopping experience was simple. I also called with questions and the response was both quick and thorough. I would do business with them again.

EDIT: I was contacted by another representative who was much more helpful and professional. He offered to make it right. Unfortunately we had already assembled the panels and made other accommodations. He then discounted our order. Absolutely horrible customer service as first. Rude, curt responses to my polite, but firm emails and calls regarding their extremely misleading website and problem with my order. The first person I talked to responded to my concerns with basically, "tough". I have concerns about the longevity of the product as it seems very lightweight.
