Versare Solutions, LLC. was responsible for the fulfillment of a recent order we placed on Amazon. A logistical error caused a delay in our order's fulfillment. The order was time sensitive as it was part of an active display at an upcoming trade fare & show. We placed a call to Versare Solutions, LLC. and our point of contact Holton. Within 24 hours of talking with Holton, our order had been shipped expedited to us and was in our hands We simply cannot say enough about this level of service. Versare Solutions, LLC. was easy to contact, their representative Holton was attentive, professional and friendly. He listened to our concern and then acted to promptly address the situation to a successful resolution. It goes without saying that we would have no problems dealing with Versare Solutions, LLC. again and, in fact, have placed an additional two orders of the same product(s) with them. Any business can sell you items. The ones you purchase from again are the ones with service that is so exceptional you remember it. Versare Solutions, LLC. hit a home run for us in that regard.

Product is still in its original packaging because we did not need it afterall. I tried to return within the 30 days, but they only have a 10 day return window.

Had a great ordering experience. My questions were all answered, which helped me come up with a plan for delivery. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly. He also went out of the way to help us meet our time deadline.

It has been almost 2 months and have not received 1 of my products. The products we received are very nice and good quality. i have called a few times and I guess there was a mix up of resending the product I never received because it was damaged. I hope that this is one of those orders that falls thru the cracks. customer service always answered me.

Despite the fact that she lived in an area that was in the middle of a severe storm and it was the last business day before Christmas, she took the time to talk with me and send me photos of fabric swatches. She was pleasant and made my experience better. The product arrived in a timely manner, and was a breeze to install. I would definitely recommend Versare Solutions and their products.
