BUYER BEWARE: Take your business elsewhere!!!!! This company is very unprofessional & cannot deliver what they promised. I placed my order on 9/16 and the status is still listed as "Awaiting Shipment". I was contacted by the company on 10/14 and they assured me that my order would ship on 10/18. Well, it's 10/30/19 & I'm still waiting!!!! All this company can offer is empty promises.

We opened the package, took out the instruction sheet and knew it was too big a project for us. I sent a note to Versa Desk telling them I'm an 80 yr old woman who had no clue that assembly would be so complicated and wanted to know how to return. I have never heard back from them. CORRECTION: I did hear back from them they are sending return information RMA and I pay return postage. With all that weight I wonder how much that will cost?

The product itself isn't too bad; the mouse section is very small which is why it was returned. Got the total run around. No one seemed to know anything. Make sure to keep your FedEx tracking number. Hopefully the refund will be forthcoming, otherwise will file a grievance with Citibank. They are beyond the "5-7" business days for a refund.
