I use three monitors and there is not an option available to mount three monitors. I got a single monitor mount and a double mount and will have to take them home to modify the systems to be able to mount them in one line together. Need more options to mount monitors. I work in the construction industry and heavily use my computer system and need to have more than two monitors to work effectively.

Pleasant CSR, but it's been 8 days since my order an not a peep from VersaDesk. CSR is checking on it.

Service was just fair to me. I emailed to ask a question on why they showed my order shipped on Monday and Fedex says it was not pick up. It took 2 days to get a response. Not sure why it took so long but it was just a simple question. The order was picked up by Fedex on Tuesday. The emailed response was not very warm either. It was very cold and abrupt. I would just think you would want your customers to have a better experience. Still waiting on my desk to arrive.

The desk works very and the concept is great. However the quality control of the desk itself and customer service response afterwards leaves a lot to be desired. The desk has a small visible flaw and when I sent Versadesk a picture and asked what the could do I received a response that said that I bought it on sale for 20% off and that they would offer a small additional amount off or I could get a new desk shipped. I simply asked if they could better their offer as it would cost a lot more for them to ship a new desk and that buying it on sale shouldn’t have made a difference in the quality. They then responded that they would double the amount of credit and I would receive an email stating that. Before I could decide if a new desk was my choice a credit was issued to my credit card for the original lesser amount. My wife likes the desk and uses it daily but the company needs to learn to deal with customers in a less take it or leave it attitude.

The product is great, shipping however was very poor. It took 6 1/2 weeks to be ordered, built and delivered. No communication was sent as to why it was "awaiting shipping" for 5 of those weeks. I had to call several times to find out what the delay was.

This review is both for my experience with the VersaDesk Company, as well as with the product itself. The product I have purchased multiple times now is the PowerPro 36", and my experiences with that product has been very good. Each one I have purchased (around 6 of them now) has performed exactly as advertised with no issues. However, I have had several instances where the packaging department in VersaDesk has either left out importance accessories from the package (like the bag of hardware to mount the keyboard tray). Or there were two units where clear tape was affixed to the finish surface of the keyboard tray that left sticky residue when peeled off. Another unit arrived with the wrong color hardware, chrome color when the unit was black. Or there was one that arrived missing the grommet covers. And in one case the frame of the unit was actually bent to the point where the unit would not raise properly. I have taken up all of these concerns with their customer service department, and in the case of the missing hardware bag, I asked them to send another bag of hardware and that I needed it ASAP, and it took two weeks for it to get to me. In the meantime I had to rob screws off of my other units in order to put that one together. VersaDesk makes a good product, but they have issues in their packaging department that they need to resolve.

We were supposed to receive our order within 7 days, but it took over a month and the order has not yet been received. I called a couple times, and then agreed to a different color that was available in the warehouse, but when they came they were still a different color combination. We liked the product from a previous purchase, but it was a hard decision whether to purchase the additional ones that we need. We did purchase four more since staff are really liking them. The product came just as ordered in a nice, timely fashion. They are easy to put in place and operate, and everyone likes the ease to change from sitting to standing. Even after our first experience, I would recommend the product and company.

The concept is great, however, believe some adjustments are needed to make it ergonomically correct. I have the MicroPower desktop with two monitors and would like to suggest two changes: first, the keyboard needs to come out further away from the monitors - for both sitting and standing it is too close. Second, the ability to tilt the monitors - they have a downward slant which I have not been able to adjust.
