The construction of the table is excellent. Its functionality is excellent. However, on the VersaDesk's website, it is still showing as pending shipment. So, there are concerns about customer service. It was shipped without an email send ahead. I am thankful for FedEx to call ahead to schedule delivery. It would have been nice to have the shipping information for communication with them. A keyboard was ordered on 15 August. Called before ordering and was told it normally ships in 5-7 business days. It is now 27 August and is showing as shipment pending.

It took a month to get my order and they sent me the wrong monitor arm. I purchased a single and they sent me a double. I do like the product though.

I had recently ordered one of the stand up desk as a phone order with one of the customer service reps. The order was paid by credit card and the transaction date was July 31. I called and talked to someone in the customer service department and requested a copy of the invoice for my credit card records. The person I had talked to said there was no record of the purchase. We received the desk around the 5th/6th of August and as I stated before, the transaction on the credit card was made on July 31. I would like to purchase another desk, but want to be assured that the purchase will be validated in your system. Your response will be appreciated. Marsha Caldwell 3M Company Forest City, IA

I like their product and use my 72" sit to stand desk daily. For some reason they could not deliver last time to my home. This time, with a 48" desk, I am hoping UPS can (any halfwit in a semi truck could come down my street and turn around in the nice over sized cul-de-sac) deliver it. But first, it must be shipped. The desk I ordered has been ready to ship(according to the website) for several days now. If/when I receive the desk and its in great shape like my last one, then I will increase to 4 stars. If I have to drive to UPS in another state again to get it, it will drop to 1. P.S. I still remember the refusal from UPS to deliver my desk. I had to drive 45 minutes away and thank god I have a truck. Otherwise, UPS wasn't going to do anything about it and you guys (Versa Desk) pretty much told me it was up to me to figure out how to get it.

Difficult to place order on website. Had to call to place order and then received emails stating I hadn't completed my order. The customer service rep was helpful.

Support sends emails offering their help, but they don't respond to emails unless you look up the phone number and call; then they will go find your email in the support system. The unit does not go all the way down. It goes an inch shy of all the way down. The first unit I received was returned because of this. The replacement was the same as the first. Once I loaded the top with monitors, it went down further, but still not all the way. While in the lowered position - when typing the unit clicks incessantly. Either the cotter pins or pivot points are likely the cause. If I keep using the unit, I will have to find some way to dampen the noise as it is very distracting. In the lowered position, the unit rocks back and forth due to my keyboarding. I suspect if I wedge something under the keyboard tray (since it doesn't rest on the desktop) this will be resolved or minimized. Raising the unit is very slow. When lowering the unit, it tends to bounce a lot - I have three flat panel monitors on the working surface. The working surface feels small, but putting work (papers) up there seems to be acceptable working space so far. I've only used the unit a few days at this point. Overall my expectations were much higher than my experience to date. If support would just acknowledge my questions via email, I may have rated 4 stars.

I hope I will be pleased with the product... when I finally receive it. I tried to order online but was unable to because the site didn't have the functionality to accept a credit card that has a billing address different than the shipping address for the product. So I had to call in to place the order. The employee assisting me was friendly and helpful. However, I ordered the product on 3/28 and by 4/16 when it still had not arrived I checked with FedEx on the status only to find out the shipping address was not entered correctly (no street name). I called back to Versa to get the address corrected. The order finally arrived on 4/17... and it was the wrong color. I'm in the process of returning it. I'm hopeful that when the correct shipment arrives I'll be pleased.

Did not appreciate having to sign a waiver after ordering and before my order would process. Does not instill faith in your customers that you respect and value their business. Also need to find a way to be more upfront on this so called 21 day hold or lead times on orders shipping.
