I cannot believe how long it actually took to get delivered. I understand that sometimes things take longer than "normal" but then some kind of communication should have taken place. I actually had to reach out twice to find out what was going on with my order. Even the online order status showed that my order was still pending shipping and the 2nd call I find out that it was actually shipped. Plus once it got delivered the Monitor Arms weren't with it. So now I have to follow up on that as well.

I bought the VeraDesk Power Pro from Office Depot. I was eager to set it up at home because I have serious back pain, which is exacerbated by sitting for a long time. I gave in only two stars for a number of reasons. 1. It's made of cheap particle board with a formica like covering. 2. The front vinyl monitor shelf vinyl trim piece was already loose when I took it out of the box. Clearly enough adhesive was used to hold in place. 3. Worse yet the the holes to which the thumbscrews are attached that hold the keyboard shelf were poorly aligned making it impossible to mount the keyboard shelf. I'm pretty handy with tools but I after thirty minutes I gave up. To get the keyboard shelf to mount i had to remove one of the bolts under the monitor shelf that holds the keyboard shelf bracket in place. I don't where the Versadesk is made but my experience suggests that there is very limited quality or non-non-existant control. And it's expensive for what one gets. The wise shopper would be smart to look at all of the the similar products. Amazon's Varidesk is where i would start but there are many other choices. In my book there have to be other products that are a much better value.

Website troubles each time I tried to order through there. Had to pick up phone and still the process was not smooth. Tried to connect me to sales person for a coupon discount, salesperson not available, no call back, called customer service again. I knew what I wanted and it took website and two phone calls to place an order.

Wrong item was shipped. I have been waiting 3 days to find out when the correct item will arrive.

Received prompt order confirmation, however product remained in "shipped, awaiting pickup" status for nearly three days. When product arrived order was not complete. Took two days to determine order was shipped in two boxes, but all order paperwork only indicated on tracking number. Customer service response when I asked why there was not updates for both boxes the response was "we are very sorry, that's how it works." Box 1 of order arrived with broken parts...still waiting for box 2, with no status updates, three weeks after order,

I have not received an answer from Versadesk after I’d contacted them twice reference my order’s ship date. It should have shipped by now.

I ordered last Friday. Had a business trip this week. Received an email Wednesday a.m. with what I felt like was an incomplete and unreasonable form. Requesting that I sign my right to dispute the charges for the purchase, authorizing the above amount of which there was none and any additional related charges, or my ordered would be canceled in 48 hours. I responded with questions and have no response. I am now looking to see if I was refunded because I will just order a Veridesk if I was.

Not what I expected. With the VersaDesk in the lowest position, the keyboard tray is way too high for sitting when I set it on a standard sized desk.
