VersaDesk seems great. Only downfall is how pricey the items are. There is competition out there that is a lot cheaper.

I made 2 orders. 1 on March 19th and the other on March 29th. I received 1 order on April 3, I assumed it was the order from March 19th but the order number was for the March 29th order. I sent an email to find out about the the March 19th order and I was told it never shipped. Still waiting on a resolution.

Not enough room on the keyboard for a wrist rest or a mouse pad. Additionally the keyboard tray isn't adjustable separately from the monitor riser. On the plus side, the electronic lift works well and the assembly was easy.

I purchased my desk and it arrived with a big chunk broken off of one corner.

The ordering process was cumbersome. Had to complete a credit card authorization form, took three days to get confirmation and then slow ship time. From the moment I ordered to actual delivery was around 14 days. Seemed too long.

Unacceptable shipping and communication process. The time lag between on-line purchase directly from VersaDesk and product acquisition undermines the overall experience and confidence in the VersaDesk brand. I called customer service THREE times to find out when I could expect the product to arrive. It wasn't until the third call that I got the answers and succeeded in getting to shipment. (A sincere thanks to Felipe at Versadesk). In today's world, no customer, large or small, should have to make 3 calls to confirm when a product will arrive. Having said that, it's a great product and a good value for the $.

Desk came but was missing parts. It took a total of three phone calls and well over a month just to get these missing parts shipped. Each phone call was given incorrect information about missing parts.

I got a quick and prompt answer to my question. But I still disagree with it. I made a purchase after business hours and a got a coupon before the next day started and we weren't able to apply the greater coupon code to my order. Disappointing to say the least.
