Felipe V my Customer Service Representative was just excellent. He kept me informed as to each step of the process to exchange a VersaDesk that was shipped in the wrong color. He apologized for the error with our order and completed arrangements for the return and replacement with one telephone call. I received emails with updates on the progress.

EVERY interaction with VersaDesk has been positive, and as I look around my office I can see a dozen or more of their powered desks. It is easy to give a good review when things go right. On a few occasions, things didn't go right and there was some damage from shipping. VersaDesk staff stepped right in and made my problem theirs. One email with a photo or two of the damage and replacements were shipped out the same day! My last shipment arrived and I could see they made some changes to the packaging that, in my opinion, is much more secure. The keyboard tray is now shipped detached, requiring 4 thumb screws (included) 30 seconds and no tools to install. It really is a quality product.
