The first 2 we bought are amazing. This was before the "pull-out" tray. This new one seems weaker. When the desk is lifted it shakes a lot and the tray leans down with the weight of your hands on it even with the tray pushed all the way in. Plus the trim isn't snug all the way around. In a couple of places I had to re-glue the rubber edging. In one spot it still pulls loose. I also am not fond of the flat surface usb port. It's going to be a major dust collector.

After setting up the VersaDesk, I used it a few times. I find that the work space for the keyboard and mouse is too small to be comfortable.

Wrong color was sent. I liked it so I kept it, but shows a lack of quality control on your end.

The desk is great in it's design, but: 1. The parts were back-logged and there was insufficient communication of this information. It took a call to find this information 2. Regarding the desk: a. The scissor lift is excellent. I replaced a competitive brand for this and I am very pleased. b. I have 2 minor issues 1) the brackets that suppler the keyboard are not sturdy enough and the keyboard flexes down with even minor weight (hands) 2) They used furniture pads for support (the kind that go on the bottom of chair legs) and they do not provide enough friction to keep the unit from sliding. They should be replaced with rubber feet. Both of these issues have been brought to the attention of the engineers at VersaDesk. I would also like them to move the up and down switch much closer to the right edge of the desk top. (not reported yet)

The desk itself is great but the customer service is terrible. Don’t think you get anything resolved if you have issues.

The equipment is performing fine. There could be a larger area for the mouse. The bad part was we ordered the switch with the USB charger port. It arrived without it, and they cannot be added afterwords. We were refunded the money, but for ordering over $500 in equipment, somebody should pay closer attention.

Makes loud sounds, tread doesn’t stay centered, Must oil regularly

I would have ordered one if the wait time wouldn't have been so long or the price would have been more competitive.
