I ordered a desk on August 11 and it is August 23....It has yet to arrive. I called customer service this morning and left a message. Waited four hours and called again. They tell me I will have my desk in a week. This is not good customer service. VersaDesk has had my money for 12 days but have yet to ship. VersaDesk asked for you opinion before they have even delivered.

Customer Service and standing behind their product is the worst I've dealt with. They do not respond to emails for inquiries and help. Go elsewhere unless you want to throw money away and waste a bunch of time!
