I ordered a portable cooling unit. When I received it and turned it on, it was clear it was defective. It made a terrible whacking sound and smelled like something was burning. I contacted them to return the unit and get a refund. After numerous emails and phone calls, they refuse to give me the address to return the unit, nor issue a refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank for the charge.

I ordered a gps locater for my car in the event it is ever stolen. The instructions come from China as well as the gps locater and the English instructions are incomprehensible. They also want me to upload a credit card for "free" service to activate the gps. This is a total scam!!! I would give them a zero star rreview if it was an option. Avoid this company!

Purchased two small security cameras that did not work. Vernier customer support intentionally dragged their feet, only to tell me there is a 70% restock fee. They do not stand behind their products. I regret that I didn't research more. They have a rating of "F" on the BBB website. I will attempt to dispute this with my credit card company, but I am probably out of luck.

The portable air conditioners I ordered did not work very well. They didn't cool off the room and they were loud. Verniershop advertised Free Returns and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Yet they only offered me a 20% refund and a $50 store credit! I have been emailing and calling for 10 days now and they still have not processed a return. Totally unacceptable experience.

They say it’s American but it’s actually Chinese scammers . Their products are all cheap and flimsy. They take months to deliver. Then after that I get a fraud alert from my bank. Don’t give them your info

False advertising on products, no one will answer phones. I was supposedly issued a refund. That's funny, because it's not here. My father had to get involved. They have ZERO ISSUES defrauding disabled people.

When ordering a product, this company adds in a $29.99 subscription unless you uncheck a box. I sure didn’t see it. Now, I’m dealing with their customer service and my credit card company to try to reverse the charge. It sure wasn’t worth it to order from them.
