If I could give a 0, I would. Do not buy from here. I cancelled my order. They took a day and still shipped the item instead of cancelling the order. Now they want a 25% restocking fee and for me to pay shipping. Forget this company and their illegitimate business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'd give negative stars if it were possible. Quite possibly one of the worst scams I've encountered. Customer service is a joke. They respond quickly & act like they want to help but really they're stalling Garbage. Ordered GPS tracker. Very helpful in the beginning, of course. Trackers came with no sim cards & wrong cables for charging I contacted the company in April before the return time expired & they had me send pics. When they saw the cables were incorrect they sent me a label to return them & said I would be issued a full refund. I sent them back 4/20/23 the tracking shows they received them 3 days later. I waited the time they said it would take to get the refund but nothing came. I contacted them again & they wanted to fight me on the full refund. They said they would go ahead & refund me to wait 3-5 business days but in 5 business days the refund wasn't there yet again. I emailed once again & advised them if they didn't want to do the refund I would file a claim with my bank as I no longer have the product or my money back. They said I would have a refund in 5-10 business days. It is now September & I still don't have my money.

If I can give ZERO stars, I would. This company practices misleading advertising and fraudulent business practices. I ordered a "portable windowless air conditioner" for a small 10'x10'x office on July 6th. When it actually arrived, it is basically a $200 fan. Never cooled the small room even with the frozen packs. I immediately reached out to the company who haggled with me. "We will refund you 15% and you keep the product" and "We will refund you 30% and you can keep the product". I did not want to keep this product at all. I returned everything within 10 days and we are now Sept 21st and guess what?!?! I have been getting the run-around for weeks about my refund. No refund yet.

I ordered a product from Vernier Shop on July 27th. It shipped from China. When it finally arrived, it was defective. On Aug 16th, I sent an email to their customer service account requesting a return/refund for the defective product and was given an offer to keep my product with a 30% refund or a $15 credit to shop again in their store. So generous. Aug 30th, emailed again requesting assistance with my return/refund. They asked for pictures. So I sent pictures as requested. Sep 10th - yet another email from me requesting follow up on previous requests. Sep 12th - reply stating they are still checking. Wow. This is entering its second month since the product was ordered. Sep 20th - Called their customer service phone number at 1850-403-3534, was on hold for approx. 10 min and it asked me to leave a message for a call back. Next I tried the live chat... the chat bot stated they were connecting me to someone. after approx. 10 minutes, they wanted to know how my chat went. Nobody ever "chatted" with me. Needless to say, they only worried about how they did when in fact they haven't done a thing.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered an evaporative cooler on 8/31 and kept receiving update emails that the order was still processing but that the order would be shipped in a couple of days. Each time I received an email it said the same thing. Last week, I asked to just cancel the order but was promised a 10% and told the order would be shipped in a couple of days like before, and none of it has happened. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I'm now trying to cancel again and will be charged a cancellation fee--if I can ever get to that point. This company is a real scam. Buyer beware!

When it arrived it was clearly too light to be an actual air conditioner. When I read the fine print it described what is really an evaporative cooler, which I already had and did not need. It also said 100% guaranteed. When I contacted the company all I was offered was a 40% refund and a $50 gift card. I have started a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered a standalone air conditioner, with the understanding that they offered free returns. NOT SO. I emailed the same exact day it arrived, and they first offered me a discount, then informed me that it would cost them too much to return. I went over and over with them regarding me returning it, and they have actually discontinued any correspondence.

I purchased a backup camera from them. I accidentally ordered 2, not realizing my mistake until right after I completed the transaction. I immediately reached out and asked them to cancel one of them. Of course I got no response to that. Besides the cameras being completely inoperable garbage, this company keeps charging my credit card every couple of weeks for the same amount. I've had to cancel my card and open a fraud case with my bank. I'm guessing this has happened to others without them noticing, as it is a small charge that could easily go undetected. Thanks to my bank for catching it.
