I ordered a cane from them. They did not sent the right item and I have been fighting with them since March to refund my money. First they said they did refund me and when I questioned them they said they had some system issue. Then it was they couldn't refund to my credit card but would refund to paypal, 7 months later still no refund.

Electrical Stimulator Massager is a piece of garbage. Besides the packaging was terrible, the product itself doesn't work. If you try to return it within the 30 days you might get half or less what you paid for it. Never buy anything from one of these fly by night rip-off companies advertised on Twitter or Facebook. Better to stick with Amazon or a reputable company.

I paid 100.00 dollars for 4 solar deer detergents. They worked for 2 days. I replaced batteries and they still did not work. They credited me 25 dollars batteries cost me about that. Also return policy of restock fee and weeks before you can get your refund. The lesson here is buy from Amazon..

I have been waiting for 3 months to receive my mini CPAP. I have been going back and forth with this young lady and I still have not gotten this issue resolved. At this point I'm just going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Straightforward. Vernier is a scam and big fat liars. I made a big mistake and bought portable AC from vernier and want to return it but I will only get 40% refund. Though I’m returning it within the 30 day period.

Vernier customer service wanted to know how we have been treated and how our experience has gone with customer service. My response… Seems that support is always telling us that they are waiting on management for a return label. Then give us information we do not need how to work the machine. The fan is inoperable! They just don’t seem to understand that we have an over priced waterfall, nothing else! IT DOES NOT WORK! We just want to rerunt it, yet they will not approve a return receipt. They believe they are holding out for the 30 day return policy to void the issue. VernierShop was contacted the day we got the non- functional a/c unit. We have reported this and our many emails to the BBB and our bank. Just so you know the VernierShop has an F- with the BBB for good reason! What more can I say ….. You left my daughter in 100+ temperatures ignoring or putting us off, excuse after excuse. Unacceptable VernierShop!

WORST COMPANY EVER! I purchased a Costway "AC" unit for $179. The items looked good but not only didn't cool my area, it made my home hotter and extremely humid to the point of it being unbearable to be in the living room. I used ice-cold water from the fridge and even bought extra cooling packs, but nothing made the air cooler. I bought a dehumidifier to work alongside the item hoping that this would help, but it could not offset the humidity from the unit. When I finally gave up and decided to return it, I read the return policy and it states that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Ridiculous considering the product doesn't work. When I emailed stating that I would like to return the item (that's the only way you get a return) I was told that they would only refund 30% and give me $50 in store credit if the item has been opened- not at all what the return policy says. Besides, you cannot test a product without opening. To add insult to injury, I received an email today about a "subscription" fee of $29.99/mo that didn't process on my card. I never signed up for any subscription and have no idea what type of subscription they would even provide. I called them and they said that I would have to pay this initial subscription fee but they would cancel them moving forward. After explaining multiple times that I never signed up for a subscription and that there was nothing in my emails or on my purchase receipt, I was told that the Customer Service Rep would speak with her manager to cancel the payment and that I would need to contact my bank to cancel as well.

They charged my bank account 3 times for 1 purchase! They are scammers. Buyers Beware!!!
