Bought a 360 rotatable adjustable cleaning mop. When I received it on June 2, the plastic tab was broken and the mop head would not stay on. Trying to get a refund and the email stated, “35% partial refund, additionally offer $15.00 store credit. There is a 25% restocking fee and WE had to pay for the shipping cost”. The damn thing came broke. I repeat, do NOT buy anything from this company. Terrible customer service on fixing this problem. You end up paying more! As of July 1, 2023, I sent the product back which they received on 6/6/2023 with FedEx and still to this day, have NOT received my refund. Buyers beware. Shady company.

Decent product, but I found it to be a bit lacking in some areas. While the system did provide accurate directions, the user interface was not very intuitive, and it took me a while to figure out how to use some of the features. Additionally, the touchscreen was not as responsive as I would have liked. Overall, the product is average, but not exceptional.

Verniershop has really helped me this couple of days. I am what people claim, a computer nerd, but my chair made my back hurt since I always have to be infront of my pc, but then, I bought a really cool ergonomic chair to use, and now the pain seems to be relieved and I don't have to worry anymore because the seat is so comfortable.

Ordered an air conditioner and the company said they had none available so they were getting it from elsewhere and it would take over 2 weeks. I called and also emailed to cancel the order and all of a sudden it was already shipped. Unbelievable I had already ordered from another company. They supposedly cant cancel the order.Now I have to wait to receive it and then return it. Just a joke

This company is truly a fraud! They don't stand by their products. When you reach out to them about returns, the give you the tun atound. You are asked to take a picture of the product and send to yhem firdt and after you do, they offer you a stupid discount because they dont eant to give the full refund. They sale junk and then you cannot return their item that does not work as advertised. Their products are some piece of junk. Buyer be ware!!!
