Obvious deceptive company at best. Advertise shipment from NV but clearly not the case. Shipping # provided is clearly not a USPS tracking number as I was told by customer service. UPS can not track the number as the shipper Vernier Store has provided no information to UPS. Pretty sure this is "scam company" or a dysfunctional one at best. I would STRONGLY recommend to avoid this company and disregard fake high reviews.

BEWARE of this company. I ordered a nativity scene on Dec. 4th and have not yet received on Dec. 24th. When I call the phone # provided it was just a woman that answered, never said her name or a name of a company and wanted too much personal info when I explained the situation. I hung up and at this point am writing off the loss. Please save yourself a headache and your wallet and DO NOT do business with this "company".

So I ordered from them, it did not take three to five days shipping.. it took just under a month for it to arrive.. then! The picture that was sold for the product, a "whiskey barrel shelf" is made of plywood, came with a literal piece of leather to go around the front, not the metal belt/type piece that it shows in the picture AND! None of the things lined up! The shelf was literally out to the side from the behind piece where it should have lined up!

This place is such a scam. Advertises as an American company and it’s obviously Chinese. Unfortunately, we ordered something, it was advertised to ship three days from Nevada. Not only is a tracking number, highly suspicious, and vague when you click on the link, it shows shipping from China. That was nearly 4 weeks ago and I am assuming we’re never going to receive what we’ve ordered. Even the positive reviews on this site are all very similar and obviously fake. There should be some accountability on this company and they should get shut down.

Stay away!!! I was stupid and ordered a large part of my Christmas from them seeing that they were a US company. My bad…. They are out of China, they do not answer the phones, if you do get someone, they have no information. A large part of my Christmas was coming from them, but I guess I’m heading out on 12/23 to buy my Christmas all over again

An item I ordered was said to be in stock and ship in 3 days from Nevada on their website. 5 days after I placed the order the tracking on the order stated "in transit". Today is 14 days after I placed the order and tracking still shows "in transit". I contacted the company and was told they would send an email with the package tracking. Being 11 days beyond the promise made for shipping on their website, I told them to cancel the order. I was told they would not cancel the order. I took the steps to contact the credit card company to file a dispute and have payment canceled for never receiving the item ordered which they gladly did. As an update, Mitch from support contacted me on December 26 with the following excuse: "We wanted to let you know that due to the peak holiday season in December, shipping carriers are experiencing higher volumes than usual. This may result in slight delays in the delivery of your order." Which has nothing to do with the blatant lie on their website that the item I ordered on December 9, 2024 was in stock and ships in 3-days from Nevada. The new tracking information shows the item "cleared customs" from CHINA! A totally unscrupulous lying business that cannot be trusted in any manner!

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago for a 1-3 day delivery, don't fall for that, tracking is also a joke....when I checked out they tried slipping a $5.95 charge in on me for something, not even sure what it was....but I canceled my credit card after they got the payment for my item that I haven't received yet....BEWARE!!

ordered 3 weeks ago for a 1 to 3 day delivery, based on their website shipping from USA but last time i looked China was not in the USA. tracking is a joke, they have responded to emails but no good information was given. still hoping i get what i ordered and it is usable, save yourself thew pain, pay the higher price and get your items from different place
