verniershop.comReviews of verniershop.com

UPDATE: Received an message saying my package was delivered. Walked outside and no package was left on my porch. Emailed the company and threatened to report them to BBB and what do ya know my package was delivered 2 days later. Go figure🤦🏻‍♀️. I ordered a "vintage microphone light" for my brother for Christmas. It was pretty neat and seemed like a good deal(almost too good to be true) but with everything being so hectic and a long list to buy for I didn't have the time to read reviews. After ordering I got a bad guy feeling and went and looked at some reviews. What they had pictured was not what they advertise. The little guitar that it came with looked like it was carved out of foam and looked NOTHING like the picture. So I went on the better business bureau and sure enough saw it was a scam site. I also read that you start seeing unauthorized charges on your card. I cancelled my card right away and got refunded from my bank. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I don’t write reviews so I would read this. This company is such a scam reached out after five days when my item was supposed to be delivered and it says they reply within 24 hours. I haven’t gotten a reply for five days. Then all of a sudden, my package was delivered the day after And then my card got charged a month later for $29.99 There was nowhere in my final review before I placed my order that there would be another charge for $29.99. So I contacted customer service didn’t get a Response for two days. Then I got an email today that said to send screenshots of the charge that was on my account and they will dispute it to get a refund. I sent the screenshots still no response finally called and got through to somebody. They said they will take my card off and refund the $29.99. Customer service with this company is a joke either it’s a very poorly managed company it’s a scamming company. I did receive my item, but I will never purchase from this company again

This company is a SCAM, they claimed like they helping you with order but it’s full of bull, I spoke with a lady who didn’t indefinite herself but ask for a lot of information about you. After the information is giving then she states I’m sorry but you need to continue waiting for your package even after 3 weeks of waiting. What a bunch of bull, horrible awful company .Money grabbing sorry company, beware unauthorized items on your CC, I had to cancel mine CC.

This company can improve by providing ontime delivery. I placed an order early December and have yet to receive the product. When you call them you are on hold for up to an hour then you get a message the mail box is full. Christmas is over and i am getting the same message.

I wish you could give them -0 stars never got my product and they had the nerve to charge another $29.99 on my cc, for God only knows for what. Long story short DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scammers, once they get your CC number you will start to see all kinds of fraudulent charges to the point you have to cancel your CC to dispute and stop the charges from showing up. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC OR YOU WILL BE SORRY !!! These people need to be criminally investigated and shut down.

SCAM COMPANY TRY TO CHARGE MY CARD ON CHRISTMAS EVE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND I NEVER SHOPPED WITH THEM EVER!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! DOUSHBAG SCAMMERS!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This company operates under several names including "Vern," "Serner," and "Very Cool Thing LLC." I can't speak to the products but I can speak to a scam that has been reported by others: the monthly "members fee." At check out there is a "Rewards" line that shows "0." But well below that in small print there is a section that describes "Rewards" (and depending upon the size of your computer screen and what the "view" is set to, you may never see the "Rewards" box.). It sets out a monthly membership fee of $29.99 BUT the first month is free (thus the "$0" on the cost line at checkout). AND THERE IS ALREADY A CHECKMARK IN THE ACCEPTAANCE BOX. If you don't see this and don't uncheck the box, you will be charged $29.99 per month. I can't imagine how much money they have made off this scam.
