If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a total scam!! They are quick to respond via email but with no specific details. Their tracking system is vague and doesn’t provide city locations. I order a package on December 9 and still haven’t received it. Also be aware they “offer” a membership at the time of checkout that you HAVE to opt out of or they will charge your card $29.99 every month. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!

Ordered "Blue Ore Cup" in early December. Finally came a few days before Christmas, too late to send it back, if that were even possible. It cost $29.00 and was a total piece of crap, nothing like the description. Then, a few days later, I noticed some bogus charges to my credit card and had to cancel the card and request a new one. Stay far away from these jokers. update: 01/12/2025. I was invited to send the cup back for a full refund. Deal: I pay the postage and a restocking fee. Otherwise, they would give a 50% refund and I could keep the cup. Chalked it up to experience and threw the worthless cup in the trash. So they got the other 50% and probably made a profit. Also, I got a refund for the gratuitous "subscription". Egad!

Scam, ordered 12/5/24, confirmation said would arrive in 10 days, heated gloves, tracking absurd, received cheap worthless gloves on 12/26/24, then notified by bank of fraud charges - 2 $29.99 on 12/27/24. Same story as all of these other people. Beware!

I bought a flashlight and they Proceeded to sign me up for some kind of membership that. I knew nothing about so I've been double charged and the flashlight is plastic. That's not what I ordered. It didn't come with the battery. The charger or the case as it appeared in the order.

Bogus company! Do not buy from them. Ordered 12/4/24 and as of today, never received item. (12/28/2024). I called and got nowhere except that they would put in a request for shipping update. Worthless! And to top it off I got a SCAM unauthorized charge on my credit card for 29.99 on 12/25/24. Nothing ordered from them so they SCAMMED us!!!!! Contacted our CC company to shut off.

Scam and fraud. Never delivered original order and now charged me 29.99 three weeks later. Auto respond from customer service, but at least easy to work with my credit card company. Do not trust and cancel your card if you’ve ordered EDIT: got a hold of chat, and they charged my card even though I had not authorized it. I sent them a screen shot of where I had unchecked the box of the “membership”, as I ready every word when I check out. So, be wary even if you uncheck this box, as they will still charge. Supposedly I’ll have a refund next week. I’ll update if not.
