I purchased a crystal mug from Vernier shop because they stated US owned and operated, and that the item shipped within three days from Nevada. Turns out the item is shipping from China. When I contacted them, they said their US stores sold out so they were shipping from a warehouse overseas. I requested a refund and they stated I could pay to ship the item back or I could keep the item and get 50% back. I ordered 13 days ago and I still have not received my item, so I don’t even know if I’m going to like the product or if it is the same as what it advertised online. I paid double what I could’ve paid elsewhere because they stated they were US owned and operated and I would have it quickly. I’m very frustrated because this was a Christmas gift and because I would not have purchased from them if I knew it was a product coming from overseas because I could purchase those on Amazon and I hoped it would be a better quality product.

Service is as awful as their products. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, phone and website, not one response. Avoid Vernier Shop at all costs.

Scam do not buy anything from this company. Purchased a product over a month ago and still no product. Customer service is rude and less than helpful. Keep saying someone will be in contact but still haven't heard from anyone. Please don't waste your time or money with such a horrible company

I orderer 2 flashlight's 2 weeks ago they told me I would get them 3-4 days here it is 2 weeks and they said it is late because of the holiday season they sent me a tracking but it looks like it is at my home a week ago I think they ripped me off what should I do.

Item over two weeks late. Customer service does not answer phone, or respond to emails. Live chat says I will get it eventually no one there cares. They claim 24/7 phone answering, thats a lie UPDATE Got my bank to cancel and return transaction Verniershop never told me where item is, so it’s fraud

Crooked!!! I ordered night vision goggles first week in January. They immediately took money from my credit card. I have not received them yet!!!!! I have contacted twice and they say will send me info. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I have learned a valuable lesson🤬

DO NOT GET SCAMMED! They have no knowledge of the actual products on their page and if you call to get more information, they are snappy and rude. You will never get your product or you will get a lesser quality version of the product. Nevermind trying to get a refund... PLEASE don't fall for this company!

When I needed to return a defective product, the return a defective product, the return process was unnecessarily slow and complicated. The refund took several weeks to process, which was frustrating. A more streamlined and efficient return process would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
