Horrible company. Website said shipping from US and shipping actually came from china. Didn't move from the same spot in China for 3 weeks. They also added an extra $4.99 charge that I didn't approve. A month after ordering they tried to charge my card 2 more times for more than the original price. Had to get a new card because of them being fraudulent. Finally recieved product the day after Christmas when I ordered it before Thanksgiving.

(1) Ordered Christmas present Dec 12th - Vernier Shop charged my credit card immediately. (2) Tracking: "package is on delivery truck" Dec 21st (3) No package-Dec 27th. I live 2 states away from them. It's not far. (4) Called Vernier - put me on hold, then they ended my call. I never talked to anyone - got cut off. (5) Email from Vernier - Dec 30th. Package delayed - 20% Refund for trouble. (6) Full price charge to my credit card a SECOND time Dec 31st - my bank called me. I marked it as fraudulent. ***Terrible experience - don't recommend.

Do not waste your time on this website. Mostly everything on here is way too expensive and takes way too long to ship. Much better off trying to find something on Amazon. I found the same exact product on Amazon for 1/4 the price and shipped in 2 days while this place hasn’t sent me the product for over 3 weeks.

Company is not reliable at all. Does not deliver, lies about transport and tracking, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Credit card Company Does not trust them, and neither should you. Currently trying to stop payment, wish you luck.

Complete Scam, Customer service line is a dead end that just disconnects you, “tracking” shows an empty map with no detail, and no response from “chat bot” save yourself the aggravation of dealing with the A$$holes! Merry Christmas from the Scam shop!

WARNING!!!!! This website is a total scam. Do not order from verniershop.com. I ordered a gift for my wife in early December and it never came. All the shipping said was "it's on the truck" with no delivery date and no carrier name. They also just tried to get another $29.99 out of my account but my bank is turning it over to the fraud department.

SCAM - ordered heated gloves on 12/3/24, email said would arrive in 3-5 days from Nevada, no tracking available, received cheap worthless gloves on 12/24/24, SWAP SCAM - then told I had to pay for shipping the wrong item back. Now I have a second $29.99 charge on the delivery date! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a dog jacket on December 6th. Have yet to receive it. Called and get no where. Tracking sucks.
