I ordered a cat toy and when I got to the checkout, after I confirmed the purchase, they added another $7.95 to my order for some warranty. Lol, They are not a good company. Never again! .

This is a scam of stealing your money, I ordered a portable washer and it came in a beat up box and NO plug, when I called for a refund instead of refunding me my money they took out another 39.99 out of my account for a washer from HONG KONG that I can't use.

I would give no stars if given the options. I spent over $300 on two items that were not as described and made of cheap plastic. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said they would only give me 50% of my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!

Don't order from this company. Garbage products and will charge you a crazy restocking fee if you try to return.

The lady customer service is ill-mannered...Iwill not buy in this company anymore

SCAM do not order from this company WARNING....

This website is a scam. The location stated on the website for the plush toy I ordered was North Carolina and reinforced that it was an "American" company. The site looked legit. It is NOT legit. My credit card was compromised and had to be replaced. When the toy finally arrived, after receiving a non-specific email about delivery changes, it arrived late and the electronics failed to work. Do not order from this company.

This company is a complete scam. Don't order from them!!!!!!!!!!
