It's a beautiful desk. It was shipped right away, with no issues. We just put it together today, and it looks fantastic!

One piece arrived damaged during shipping but the desk is beautiful. It works great. And is exactly what I’m looking for.

We purchased this standing desk from for now in April. Shipping was immediate, so much so that I missed that I had given them the wrong address. Leonie in the customer service department was outstanding in assisting us to get all three parts sent to the correct address. Today we put it together in approximately three hours. The quality is outstanding – very sturdy, well-made, and perfect for my 6 foot three son to stand when fully extended. He couldn’t be more pleased, and I couldn’t be more pleased that the desk was on sale.

We remodeled our upstairs, so my wife decided I needed a new office desk. Don't ask. After looking around, I chose the Vernal L Desk and could not be happier. It's solid as a rock and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this desk to anyone in the market.

I purchased multiple products from Vernal to furnish my office space. Overall, the look of the furniture is great, however, the finishing is what's missing from the whole package. The experience of receiving multiple boxes for one product is wild, especially as apparently the boxes come from different warehouses. For the side drawers, two boxes arrived from two different warehouses. Each had their own set of instructions and their own set of hardware. Apparently they had updated the hardware and instructions and I received a box from the original version and a box from the updated version. This meant I needed to wait for a whole new side drawer to be shipped out to me. Multiple other pieces were slightly damaged or mishandled during shipping. They offered to replace them however my understanding is I would have received a whole new box, not just the single pieces that needed replacing. The customer service is still green. Instead of offering me a reasonable solution, their answer was either to ship a whole new piece or offer me money to keep the damaged piece as is.

First of all, I would like to thank Jeremy, Ziad and Mohamed for being so polite, professional and extremely helpful with me and my requests. I ordered the Vernal Tall file cabinet together with some accessories and requested if they can be delivered on a later date so I could be home to receive them. They did make sure that the items will be delivered on the dates that I requested and I am very happy! I ordered the Vernal light walnut tall file cabinet to add to my home office. It is beautiful and sturdy. It is very well-made and the instructions were very easy to follow. The parts were solid too. It comes with the tools you need for the assembly, and they gave extras incase you lose one. I am very happy with Vernal and I highly recommend their products! In fact, I just ordered the Vernal Executive Standard Light Walnut Standing Desk and the Vernal Tall Side cabinet to complete my Vernal Set. :)

Product is solid. Horrible customer service. Did not respond for days. Evidently, I ordered the wrong size drawer and it took weeks to get things sorted out. The customer service people were polite but incompetent and unresponsive. Example: I would call and it would take two days before they would respond via email.

Good product. Value for money.
