The Vernal executive adjustable L desk is great when fully set up. I am really loving its functionality and aesthetic look.

Great products and experience I bought the desk and stand after months of reading reviews, watching various videos etc. The desk was assembled in ~20 mins without a glitch. Worked immediately and I love it.

8/22/25 Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by Customer Support and offered a $50 refund for my trouble, so I am upgrading my review to four stars due to the excellent customer service. I will absolutely consider ordering from this company again. Outside of the original issues, customer service is 5+ stars. ------------------------------------------------------- Delivery was fast, assembly instructions were easy to follow, and customer service was very friendly and highly responsive. The furniture arrived with some blemishes/damage to corners that is visible after assembly, but not significant enough to go through the replacement process, and there were dirty finger prints on the white panels of the file cabinets that I had to spend time cleaning. Also, there is a design flaw with the locking file cabinets. The lock only works on the bottom drawer. You can remove the top drawer to access the contents of the bottom drawer making the lock completely pointless. Makes more sense to make the top drawer the locking drawing which I can do myself by drilling my own holes to secure the lock and swapping out the drawers and bottom panels. However, would be much better if file cabinets already come that way.

Easy to put together. Looks great in the office

This review is a follow-up to my ongoing issues with a recent order. Despite multiple emails and weeks of back-and-forth with Vernal's customer service, the problem with my order is still not fixed or resolved. I initially received a tall side cabinet with misaligned drawers. The constant need to email to find a solution for this quality control issue has been incredibly frustrating. After all this time, it's disheartening that the fundamental problems with my order remain. The promised resolutions have been either delayed, incomplete, or simply haven't happened. As a customer who has purchased multiple products from Vernal, I've wasted a significant amount of time and energy just trying to get what I paid for into a usable condition. At this point, I am deeply disappointed not just with the product quality but with Vernal's inability to provide a final, effective solution. I cannot recommend this company to others if they can't resolve customer issues in a timely and complete manner.

I purchased this desk expecting a good quality for the price but unfortunately, it fell far of expectations. The desk arrived with a chip on the center part since I order the L shape. I asked for a solution, and I had to choose for a refund that doesn’t cover the 1% of the cost. Also, I had to hire someone to do the assembly since I live by myself.

Mohamed and Claire were very helpful and friendly. I needed a tax exempt account, so that did take a bit of time, as did getting quotes, but once that was cleared up, the order did have to be divided due to certain items I wanted were out of stock. Claire kept in contact with me through the process and sent me the cart links as soon as items were back in stock. Once I received the desk and all accessories, it was very easy to assembly. The executive L shaped standing desk looks amazing! I was very surprised at how beefy and sturdy this desk is. The motors to lift the desk (the whole "L" desktop lifts) are able to lift not only the top, but the considerable amount of items I have on it with ease. I feel I will have this desk for a very long time. Everyone that sees the desk comments on how nice it is. I am very pleased with this purchase and love this desk and recommend it to others.

The desk is great. I feel like the only problem was the package came in like six different deliveries. So we had to wait and build up packages in the office before we could start the assembly.
