Easy to order. Easy to put together with 2 people. Great desk. Great quality and design!

Ordered desk, cabinet, and desktop shelf (x2). Despite being heavy, I was surprised at how cheap the desktop felt. One of the desktop shelves feet was not predrilled like the others and split down the middle when I put the bolt through. Best part of the experience thus far has been the solid documentation on how to put it all together. It was a very manageable install I just wish the quality and QA was a bit higher. After putting everything together, I am convinced that most of the reviews on YouTube were paid for by Vernal, which is unfortunate as those were the primary reasons I went for it.

Desk quality was good, but the packaging was damaged and subsequently the desk has some minor damage. Update: Vernal reached out immediately to rectify the shipping issue. Great, responsive customer service.

Wife’s new full time remote job necessitated completely refurnishing our home office. We shopped online and local office supply stores for several weeks. West Elm and Pottery Barn were her first go to sources as she values style and aesthetic. For me, it was hardware stores that had the durability and functionality that I value. Vernal was a too good to be true find for us. They had everything we wanted at actual reasonable prices. The shipping was surprisingly quick though pieces di trickle in over a couple weeks. The engineering on the ready to assemble aspect of the furniture and all the included hardware made assembly easy even if it was time consuming. Admittedly the instructions were sometimes a bit confusing. We did hav the reach out to customer support as we had a drawer rail that got stripped during assembly. It was one out of about 10 such components. Customer support was super responsive, and super helpful. They shipped the parts we needed within a couple weeks (international). We were able to finish the assembly and put the finishing touches on our new home office. It looks great and is super functional.

Love the desk and the assembly went very smoothly. Back edge of the top incurred a little damage in shipping but it's not visible so will live with it.

Had some issues with delivery but I contacted Vernal and they made things right I love the desk and it boosted my setup to the next level it was easy to build and works perfectly very happy with the final product highly recommended.

My experience with Vernal from the time I ordered my desk to completion of set up has been wonderful. The order was delivered quicker than I initially thought. The set up instructions were so in-depth, it made the process easier (unlike other instructions I've seen before). I did have a issue with damage on part of my desk due to shipping, but Vernal's quick response for a resolution was greatly appreciated. I love the quality of the furniture and how well it fits my needs. Thank you Vernal!
