I am very happy with this standing desk. Excellent look and function.

Putting this desk together was surprisingly easy — the instructions were clear and all the parts lined up perfectly. Once it was built, it just worked. The height adjustment is smooth, the desk feels sturdy, and I haven’t had any issues with wobbling. Overall, really happy with it. Great desk for the price.

Shipping was super fast, and everything is in great condition. I reached out to customer service for a couple smaller components of my order that were delayed, and they responded very quickly to resolve it.

Very clear build instructions, great customer service, delivered sooner than expected and the desk looks great in my space! Feels very sturdy. Such an upgrade!

Great desk. Sometime you have to hit the preset button twice because it will start to move up or down and then stop but that only takes a second to press it again after which it usually works. Solid and heavy, it’s wobbliest at the highest setting but that’s if you’re really trying to shake it. The shipment said it would come with a cable management kit with zip ties and stuff but it didn’t.

Vernal made my experience upbeat even though FedEx had made a mistake in delivery. When I discovered I was missing Package 1 of a side cabinet, Vernal support, probably going on internal procedures, sort of blew me off and said to look to the neighbors for the package. Once I convinced them there was a problem, their "due diligence " caused a few day delay in getting me the missing package. But, Support did come through in the end and the cabinet is assembled and in use.

FedEx lost part of the shipment which was frustrating but the Vernal support team was excellent with keeping me updated on the status and shipped the missing piece via overnight delivery. What surprised me was the package shipped on Saturday was delivered to me on Sunday. First-time buyer but their product as well the customer service was excellent and I will be their life-long customer !

I bought an executive standing desk, spent over $1000, I really wanted this desk of all the desks that I had researched. Unfortunately, the table top was damaged and I only discovered it after fully assembling the product and turning over the heavy table top to set the whole thing upright. Very disappointed! Customer service offered me a goodwill refund of $200 - I accepted, but frankly I was hoping not to have to accept a sub par product. The hassle of getting a different table top and then spending time to assemble it all over again just didn't make sense.
