The person who i spoke to was 100% . I will do business with Verilux again even though my last floor lamp only last for less than 2 years. Their warranty is only one year. I expect things to last for more than one year.

The support staff did an excellent job of helping me, first to analyze my problem with my lamp and then purchase a replacement lamp. I had a new lamp within a couple of days. My wife was pleased to have her light again so quickly.

Great light Great price, I could kick myself for wasting so much money on light similar to this one but ended up to be pure junk. This Verilux light is top of the line lighting. IF you have visual problems this is the light for you . If you pass up this light you are making a big mistake. Thank you Verilux
