The customer support was everything I could hope for. I have a lamp with radio that is quite a few years old. When the bulb finally needed replacing, I couldn’t find my model any more. All it took was an email to the support folks to find what I needed to provide to Verilux. I quickly got an answer, easily found the number and placed my order. I was amazed at how quickly I had my new bulb. My favorite lamp is working perfectly again.
