The "bulbs" arrived on the day scheduled

I received my first Verilux lamp and did not like the look of the base of the unit, so I called the service department and told them. Within 2 days I had a complete new lamp and a return ticket for the other unit. Best service I've ever received. Thanks Verilux!!

I ordered a floor lamp online from Verilux. My lamp was delivered very promptly, earlier than I expected, and I am very satisfied with the product. I keep it beside my recliner and am able to move it easily while seated to accommodate the position of the recliner. The company has a very active and helpful service department.
